Mainstream BIM software such as Revit & Tekla have the capacities to conduct material take off's, energy calculations & analysis complex designs, Navisworks has the capability to visually produce a 4D (time) model of your project based on your construction software. As the construction industry continues to evolve, I encourage those in this career field to embrace all technologies that make sense & can aid you in accomplishing your daily duties. I don't foresee the human element being completely removed from our industry quite yet however I do think it will eventually happen. What are your thoughts?
