Quality Intelligence.

The development of manufacturing technology underpins the capability that the many manufacturing industries have today, requiring advanced solutions continuously being developed.

A constant drive to improve the operating performance, cost reduction and time to market. Manufacturers are continually seeking increase component efficiency, reduce weight and cost to achieve the optimum technical solution.

The industry need to achieve Best-in-Class capability across a range of manufacturing technologies including Advanced machining, Material forming & forging, Additive layer / Net shape manufacture, Joining and Welding, Process modelling and Advanced Measurement

These enabling technologies underpin and allow more optimised designs, the key tools which enable engineers to model, simulate, design, integrate and validate products before they ever physically exist. This also includes IT System engineering which is also key to ability of achieving the best managed, physical, functional and validated design.

Industry requires an holistic approach to engineering at all stages of the product development life cycle which starts with data-rich virtual models and the replacement of existing and legacy 2D drawings. It all starts with the data, to embrace leading edge and LEAN manufacturing processes and maximise the benefit from automated practices, engineering and manufacturing requires 3D CAD models. Many legacy components still mainly exist in a 2D drawings and in many case, will need to be converted or recreated as a 3D CAD model. This sounds simple enough in theory but without a proven methodology and in-house expertise, can poses real business risks and time delay to development programmes.

By rethinking the digital world so we can quickly innovate, deliver faster and improve ideas well into the service phase of the components life. Pushing the frontiers of digital technology which link all stages of a product’s life cycle. The Digital link seamlessly connects conceptualization, design, verification, manufacturing and sustainment to better understand and improve the ideas that engineers bring to life.

Linking all stages of the product life cycle. Seamlessly connects conceptualisation, design, verification, manufacturing and sustainment to better understand and improve the idea.
