Project week at the Data School Downunder

Who needs some free Analytics consulting?

At the Data School we prepare our consultants by giving them the opportunity to solve real world problems. We do this by inviting organisations to participate in several project weeks during their 4 months of intensive training. The project is introduced to the team on Monday morning and they will work to deliver the project throughout the week.

Each project is managed by one of our Data schoolers and just like in a real-world project they are responsible for liaising with key Stakeholders, managing scope and ensuring delivery by 3pm Friday afternoon. At this time each of the 8 data schoolers present their deliverable to the participating organisation and all deliverables are handed over.

This is a true win/win as we get to work on real world issues, and the participating organisation gets a real deliverable that is more than likely to exceed expectations.

Our first project for the current cohort kicks off on the 13th of January and we are pleased to be helping a not for profit organisation.
