Introduction:
´Contrary to popular belief, the international shipping process does not start when a product is loaded onto a ship. It starts much earlier, when an importer identifies the need for that product and floats an enquiry to procure it. As such, the shipping process covers the flow of goods and documents from the place of origin to the place of destination. For the process to be completed successfully, the transfer of goods and documents from one party to another must be highly synchronized.

´Collaborate with many companies to simplify the transportation

´As a Packaging Employee she need to pack in such a way that the product must not
undergo damage in delivery process so , she wants to make sure of material that is used
to packing the product must be safe enough to protect the product so , she wants to
´showcase it to user and delivery person .

´Occupation :works at Ekart delivery
´Demographics 26 years old;
´NOT Married;
´Has one brother;
´Takes care of his brother & helps out financially;
´Has a middle-income level .
´Goals and Needs
´As a Delivery Driver, you will be expected to follow directions, obey traffic
´laws, maintain records and billing statements regarding the cargo, perform
minor vehicular repairs, inspect supplies and carry out a number of other
tasks So he needs to check the directions and traffic through website.
´Pain Points
´It is difficult to introduce such a system in cargo management based website.
Identification Of Problems:
´Transport companies:
´sometimes due to instability or sudden environmental changes the goods in the ship may get
damage.
´Loss of cargo.
´Extra costs and penalties if loss of cargo occurs.
´Manufacturing companies:
´Sometimes due to lack of transportation , they may not transport tehir goods to other countries , which
can give them a loss.
´They reputation will get damage if they is loss of cargo or wrong shipping to the customer.
´Sometimes they may miss the deadline given to the customer.
´Customers:
´Due Inefficient communication between actors the goods may not delivered to the customer in time or may
misplaced with other person.
´Due to Risk of fraud customers may not trust online services easily.
´Documentation inefficiency may cause them trouble while returning the goods.
