OIC File Server

File based integrations play an important role for non-real time bulk data between source and target systems, as web service based integrations have payload limitations. FTP adapter is being used for these types of integrations in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). If there is a need to provision SFTP server on Oracle Cloud, it can be done through Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) compute resource. File server has been added as part OIC itself in Generation 2 upgrade and available on all regional data centers.

Enabling

If you would like to use 500GB of storage per service instance, it has to be enabled once using Oracle cloud OIC console. Please note that once enabled, it can't be undone.
