Next Step Ninjas

Next Step Ninjas

What's next for me and my business?

Probably one of the most daunting questions asked by an entrepreneur, and most routinely. You've clawed and fought your way through competition, economic swing and even veritable acts of God. Now another intersection: Pursue growth or stay the course? Succession or dissolution? Acquisition or Divestment?

Knowing where to go next, quite often is as simple as knowing where you stand today. What isn't as simple, is creating that impartial snapshot. A new set of experienced eyes can uncover hidden shortcomings that may be hindering your transformation into that next phase. More importantly, an outside look can expose unrealized greatness. The most successful organizations will continue to be the ones that recognize a need paired with their ability to fulfil it. Recognition of potential can easily be missed because of the inability to look beyond the here and now.

We are living in an exciting time to be an entrepreneur. According to the BDC, we are going to see 41% of businesses sell, and 44% look to grow in the next 5 years. That is a lot of next steps. Knowing when to move, or when to step back will be key.

There are countless resources available to show you your current worth, financial standing, and historical performance. But that does little to help you take that next step forward. For that you need a ninja, an expert in knowing where those next few steps may land and what it could mean for what you've built and where you didn't even know it could take you.

9Dot is a collective of business makers, brokers, and leaders who specialize in inspiring organisations towards that next step. They can be reached at info@9dot.co

Disclaimer: 9Dot does not employ any authentic ninjas at this time, although they are an equal opportunity employer.
