My Red Hat Certification

Contemplating on my journey with Red Hat ;

It all started when I took my first Red Hat Certification Exam through IT Group, Inc for more than a decade ago.

I became one of the first Red Hat Certified Instructor/Examiner in the Philippines conducting Red Hat Training and Certification exam to hundreds of professionals on whom I have seen career's grow to becoming leaders in their own organisations both here and overseas.

I eventually became a Red Hat Certified Architect and have been involved with several projects to help our customers grow their business in their digital transformation journey through various Red Hat Solutions.

Over time, I have seen Red Hat grow and reached its first billion dollar revenue to 2 billion and then bought by IBM for 34 Billion.

My career and mostly where I am now started with that push from the management that I can learn this and prove it with the certifications.

If I'm asked what jump started my career, I would proudly say its that first Red Hat Certification I took which was RHCE.
