🚀 From One URL to a Complete Automated Ecosystem: 50 Nodes, 8 AI Prompts, and Multi-Platform Precision

Every automation strategist asks the same question: How far can we push Make.com before it breaks? Here’s the answer ⬇️

🔹 The Challenge

Turning a single URL into three deliverables—an HTML website, a structured document, and a formal letter—without touching a line of code manually.

🔹 The Core Solution

I engineered a 50-node Make.com scenario triggered by a webhook:

  • Extract content from any URL
  • Auto-generate: • An HTML website (fully styled) • A derived document (clean and structured) • A formal letter (professional format)

🔹 AI Power & Scope

The workflow runs on 8 distinct ChatGPT requests:

  • 6 focused on frontend/backend dev + web structure
  • 1 dedicated to Python-docx scripting
  • 1 to enforce style guide consistency

🔹 Deep Technical Dive (Python Automation)

Half of those prompts generated Python code:

  • 4 AI requests built the Python-docx scripts
  • Output included a reusable template module + a data injection module
  • Result: two separate script files ready for execution, no manual coding required

🔹 Multi-Platform Orchestration

Article content

Here’s where it gets fun:

  • Scripts are pushed instantly to GitHub
  • GitHub Actions detects changes → fires a webhook
  • A second scenario uploads the final .docx files to OneDrive
  • Continuous flow, zero human intervention ✅

🔹 Customisation & Control

This wasn’t just plug-and-play. The scenario is powered by:

  • 8 imported prompts (6 development, 1 docx scripting, 1 style guide)
  • 2 external documents with 4–7 pages of instructions each (personal writing style + technical guides)
  • Custom style guide generation right from the URL extraction step

🔹 Proof & Reliability

  • 📌 Attached: mind-map + grid view of the full scenario
  • 📲 Push notifications at multiple stages → real-time reliability & oversight

🔹 Why This Matters

This isn’t “automation for convenience.” It’s a blueprint for:

  • Advanced prompt engineering
  • Multi-platform orchestration (Make.com + ChatGPT + GitHub + OneDrive)
  • AI-driven document and website generation at scale
