How to tranform your learning to Digital

Many organisations, HR / L&D clients in particular, are currently being challenged by their respective executives to move attendance training into a more flexible and scalable Digital Learning solution.

  • But how do you move years of classroom training, something that often takes several days to something digital?
  • How can you easily reuse existing content and build digital learning experiences, with built-in dilemma situations that reflect the everyday life of the target group? 
  • How can you quickly make scripts, build a multimedia production, while keeping learning objectives, maintaining quality and launch the digital learning solution?

The time horizon looks several months away - but it doesn’t have to.

The best learning solutions in 2020 are Google, Netflix and YouTube that you should use for inspiration. These are solutions that solves all the target group's challenges, right now, where and when they need it and preferably on any device. Content can easily be sought and used as performance support for employees and managers in everyday life in the months to come. 

You should aim to build a true digital learning solution that is authentic with all relevant content that can be shared, where employees and managers can contribute, something that shows me what my colleagues do when they have the same problem / challenge.

Today, knowledge sharing, learning, education, development, communication often merge into one - it’s often the same message, the same desire for change, the same target group.

All of this is the challenge for many organisations right now and I am are happy to share my experiences with you, if it can help you move forward with digital learning.
