Logic re-styled

When you Google Logic you get the rapper, rather than the systematic study of information to define a certain truth based on valid argument.

So what?

Well, leaders rely on a number of mental approaches to attain and sustain leadership of people. Belief, acceptance, tolerance of the leadership mindset is based upon advocacy and of course, business logic is the most powerful tool in sustained leadership.

I mean to say, why would you disagree if its logical to agree.

Of all the transformation dynamics we have seen in the last few decades, none has been more powerful than the transformation of beliefs.

No longer 'programmed', we are programmable with our own set of logic pre-loaded. It isn't community or social values, it isn't religion or a pre-defined set of values. It is the freedom to explore, travel, self define and become what you seek to be.

And why write this now?

Yesterday, my neighbour ( a businessman and Farmer) brought cattle up my lane to his fields which are above mine.

We don't see each other often and when we do, our conversations are enjoyable, intelligent and mostly about the path of the world. Usually, what is happening to impact the traditions he maintains and has done so since childhood.

While he has done better than most, my neighbour finds himself without a younger generation at hand. His children, like mine, having chosen the new world over the old, adventure of uncertain outcomes over certainty, modernity over tradition.

The logic of today is a rapper. When you apply the disciplines of yesterdays logic today, don't expect to be appreciated. It isn't their kind of logic.
