Let's Be Six Again.
Remember being six and laughing at every little thing your parents did or said? Remember laughing so hard you cried? When was the last time you laughed that hard?
As the New Year comes rushing towards us with promises of change and self-improvement, perhaps it's time to embrace a resolution that transcends the typical vows of gym commitments and kale smoothies. Imagine a resolution that doesn't demand a strict regimen but instead invites joy and lightness into our lives. Let's embark on a journey of rediscovering the simple pleasure of laughter.
Laughter is the best medicine. Scientific evidence shows it positively impacts your health. It isn't merely a mood enhancer – it reduces stress, alleviates tension, and improves your immune system! The Mayo Clinic and the National Center for Biotechnology Information agree that laughter is good for your health.
At the first of the year, we are easily swept away by the latest health trends on social media to improve our life. Instead of crafting a list of resolutions that fade with the passing months, let's laugh more instead. Let every chuckle be a step towards a healthier, happier you.
Happy New Year!
Love this Nancy Wright to be child like also means we are vulnerable and depend on others for help when we need it making deeper connections with one another.
Love this!!
The best! Our train rides!
I rode the Tilt-A-Whirl at Winterland too... had tears from laughing so hard. The best part is watching other people's reactions... LOL
