With all the obsession around Big Data and Business Intelligence akin to flailing a dead or a dying horse, organizations MUST focus on Cognitive Intelligence that emphasizes on energizing the people to be Creative and Innovative. This is the secret of unlocking the potential of an enterprise to Perform.
