Learn and Code Workshop
Rakesh Sawan started "Learn and Code" a decade ago, initially working alone. Every year, he led discussions on technical topics and guided college graduates on how to develop a world-class developer mindset by practicing the best industry principles, following the teachings from the book "Clean Code" by Uncle Bob.
Continuing on this journey, we recently conducted a two-day "Learn and Code" workshop for the 2023 batch of college graduates, with over 120 participants from both Jaipur and Bangalore.
Four weeks before the workshop, we provided a complex problem statement for the participants to work on. Their task was to apply concepts from "Clean Code" during development. The energy and determination they displayed were commendable, pushing beyond their limits.
I would like to thank each participant and mentor for being a part of this initiative. I am confident that they have discovered new capabilities within themselves and have witnessed their own growth.

Great job Ashish and Team. In Era of AI assisted software development human beings needs to add value. Writing Quality code is one of the ways because the code itself will be written by AI. Code quality has always been important aspect of software development , however it's even more important now.
