What is the Director of Client Services?

The Director of Client Services is not just a role but a pivotal leadership position. Reporting to the President, this role encompasses overseeing and mentoring a talented Client Services team, including Account Managers, Account Strategists, and Project Managers. The responsibilities of this position are multifaceted, encompassing client account management, project management, and contributing to the leadership team. The ideal candidate will motivate and mentor the Accounts team, leading communication with clients to ensure seamless collaboration among Pointer teams. They will also play a crucial role in project management, supporting the Senior Project Manager and adding efficiencies to the process to ensure projects conclude successfully within budget and on time.
