Job Summary As a Technical lead specializing in Java, Spring Boot, Amazon Web Services, and Docker, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying applications using these technologies. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet project requirements and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities 1. Lead a team of developers in the design and implementation of java based applications utilizing spring boot framework. 2. Architect and deploy scalable and reliable applications on amazon web services (aws) cloud platform. 3. Utilize docker for containerization to streamline application deployment and manage infrastructure. 4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components. 5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 6. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions to meet project objectives. 7. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in java, spring boot, aws, and docker to drive innovation and efficiency.

Skill Requirements 1. Proficiency in java programming language and spring boot framework. 2. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in amazon web services (aws) services and cloud architecture. 3. Experience working with docker containers and container orchestration tools. 4. Solid understanding of microservices architecture and restful apis. 5.
