IPSDK accelerates VSNR filtering
The VSNR Filter is very usefull in FIB microscopy to remove horizontal or vertical artefact lines. The trouble is, when you use a classical implementation, (for exemple usable in ImageJ), you have a wait a long time to obtain you result. Reactiv'IP developed an optimized version of this algorithm, based on IPSDK, usable in Python, 8 times faster.
It's a very nice exemple of the power of IPSDK library. Feel free to ask us an evaluation version or send us a request to optimized an other algorithm.
