IoT Universe: Mapping the IoT Stack

IoT Universe: Mapping the IoT Stack

We get it. The IoT is huge—massive…Expansive even. We know this because we collectively have spent decades working with major players, guiding new comers, drilling deep into markets, as well as investigating who and what makes up IoT. This investment of time and attention has given us the unique perspective in just how all of the pieces of the IoT Stack fit and work in tandem.

However, because of how many verticals and markets are affected by the disruptive properties associated with IoT business transformations, we sympathize with companies (legacy players, startups and those in between) that can get lost in the stack. And, we’re here to help—In fact, that’s what the IoT Universe is all about.

James Brehm & Associates and our friends at Calysto Communications have noticed a distinct lack of direction within the IoT ecosystem, particularly surrounding partner selection. It’s hard to find the right partners when you’re not even sure where your place in the IoT Universe is. In order to combat this, we have teamed up to provide you—carriers, middleware providers, connectivity gurus and more—with a complete breakdown of the IoT ecosystem.

To be clear: This is NOT a bait-and-switch award. This is NOT a pay-to-play scenario. This is just our team working hand in hand with Calysto to address the need to eliminate confusion surrounding IoT. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive, visual breakdown of IoT and who does what. At the end of the day, you can use the map many ways; as a marketing tool for validation or to direct you to viable partners and vendors.

To participate, CLICK the link, tell us who you are and where you fit. We'll take it from there. http://bit.ly/IoTuniverse_call

If you'd like to speak directly with our team about what you're doing and get feedback on how to accelerate your growth, shoot us an email.

Don't be left out. Help us eliminate some of the confusion.

Thanks Adrian. I think some are deluding themselves on the ease of implementation & impact of IoT unless we get fundamentals right

Q. How many verticals and markets are affected by the disruptive properties associated with IoT business transformations? Answer: Health insurance companies will loose their business fully (!!). IoT going to transform preventive and early care healthcare. This means, person will not hit his/her illness all of a sudden ( may be expect accident). Thus illness will become a predictable and this means Health insurance companies can not use the randomness in illness to make money. Same will extended for car insurance as well.
