We from group SDP 113 with great spirit are ready to work on a business catalogue i.e., TRAVEL TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY. A pioneer website based on tourism and travel which provide best facilities to reach every corner of our country and enjoy the coolest trips.

Customer journey map
Customer Journey Map is a powerful technique for understanding the motives of customers, their needs, their hesitations, and concerns. Although most organizations are reasonably good at gathering data about their customers, data alone fails to communicate the frustrations and experiences the customer experienced. A story can do that, and one of the best storytelling tools in business is the customer journey map. Even we opted this Story teller for the perfection of our project.

The main user of our business system are families. They are preferring for vacations in this period after a huge stay at homes during lockdowns.
Empathy Map
An empathy map is a simple, easy-to-digest visual that captures knowledge about a user’s behaviours and attitudes. It is a useful tool to helps teams better understand their users. Creating an effective solution requires understanding the true problem and the person who is experiencing it. The exercise of creating the map helps participants consider things from the user’s perspective along with his or her goals and challenges.
Affinity Diagram
The purpose of an affinity diagram is to generate, organize, and consolidate information concerning a product, process, complex issue, or problem. Constructing an affinity diagram is a creative process that expresses ideas without quantifying them.
