INTERN TO INNOVATE HACKATHON | AI based learning path generator

This event was organized to provide experiential learning opportunities and to expose students to real-world problem-solving environments similar to professional internships.

The Internship Hackathon was designed to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical application. It encouraged students to apply classroom concepts to real-time challenges, thereby fostering innovation, creativity, teamwork, and critical thinking. The event witnessed active participation from students across various academic years, reflecting their enthusiasm and interest in gaining hands-on experience.

I sincerely thank our Cluster Head Dr.Sumathi Karthikeyan Ma’am, HOD Dr.Lekhaa T.R Ma’am, and our Mentor Vaishnavi R Ma’am for their constant guidance, motivation, and support throughout this journey. Their encouragement played a crucial role in shaping our ideas and boosting our confidence.

During the hackathon, I presented a project titled “AI-Powered Personalized Learning Path Generator”. The goal of this project is to address one of the biggest challenges faced by learners today—confusion about what to learn, how to learn, and in what order. improve my presentation confidence, and gain practical exposure to applying AI for education-focused solutions. Interacting with peers and mentors during the hackathon was truly enriching and motivating.

The event concluded with a valedictory session, during which certificates were distributed to all participants in recognition of their active involvement. The best-performing teams were specially appreciated for their innovative solutions and outstanding performance.Feedback received from students indicated that the internship hackathon was highly beneficial and provided meaningful learning beyond the traditional classroom environment

Overall, this hackathon was a memorable learning experience that reinforced my passion for building AI-driven solutions with real-world impact. I’m excited to further enhance this project and explore more opportunities in the field of AI and software development.
