Course Overview
This course focuses on providing participants with detailed study of networks, network topology, protocols and devices, network security, logs and traffic capture analysis & accompanied tools.
It will also address the basics of Linux operating system, as well as network attack scenarios related to real world.
With hands on activities that will provide participants with first-hand experience of network forensic examination. Participants will learn about the underlying principles of computer networks and enhance their ability to conduct forensic examinations of data collected from computer networks including network devices, servers & hosts. At the end of the course, Participants will take an exam and after successful completion will be given an official certificate for passing the course.

Brief about Instructor
Damir Delija is technical director of Digital Forensic department at INsig2 ltd. He is specialized in network forensics, Guidance Software products and UNIX. Damir is a trainer with extensive knowledge of network and life cycle of Guidance Software forensics products (Cyber security, eDiscovery, Enterprise, FIM). He is also expert in other tools like FTK, SilentRunner, open source tools, UFED, log analysis, Lace and other tools. He has EnCe certification, certifications in Cyber security, eDiscovery, EnScript, and other products. Damir has performed various trainings for different kinds of law enforcement agencies and other clients. He has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, and is a versatile trainer and professional forensics expert. During his professional career he dealt with ship automatization systems, administration of AIX and UNIX systems, network administration, he was an AIX system trainer, served on various development and integration of ICT systems, general IT training and consulting and currently he is also a teacher on University College for Applied Computer Engineering, Vsite - College for Information Technologies.
