INGENUITY is the quality of being clever, original, and inventive. It is not simply being intelligent – it involves application in new ways.  Doing well in trivia is not INGENIOUS, but creating a game for it is.

Sometimes solid resources and reserve, and protective barriers, help us weather the storm of VUCA … but sometimes INGENUITY is way to handle it. Capture the energy coming off the chaos and find a way to use it.
