Infrastructure optimization

Happy New Year! This is my 1st letter from 2015 and I hope you spend great time with your family (as well as getting a nice break).

Infrastructure optimization could be defined as a structured and systematic process to evaluate IT infrastructure and performance of an organization through capabilities to provide and deliver a roadmap for a dynamic IT optimization. The roadmap will help companies to define, architect, budget and implement optimized initiatives/projects that will enable proactive, IT management, deliver cost and risk reductions across the IT organization.
