Incubation Program @ We3

I still remember the days when I was looking for a job as an IT fresher. Getting into IT industry as a freshers was tough at that time also 😰.

Maximum IT companies are not willing to take IT freshers as there exists a huge gap between what they know as IT graduates and what industry needs as an IT developer. And generally many companies are not interested in bridging this gap.

Considering this pain area, we at We3.Tech started a concept called as 'Incubation Program' for IT graduates. The main goal of this program is to make IT graduates ready for industry by sharing our knowledge and experience and provide them a Golden Gate for their career. 🛫

In this program, we spend nearly three months on select IT graduates and train them on technical areas required for a full-stack .net developer. During this process we also help them to improve their logical power, communication skills and office etiquettes.

Currently we are running our third batch of 'Incubation Program' and will soon announce the next batch for the same.

As a part of We3.Tech , I feel this endeavor as a small return from our end to this fabulous IT Industry which has helped all of us to grow and prosper in our lives.
