Using xAPI Experience and Performance Data to Increase the Impact of Learning and Development

The Challenge

A Learning and Development department is trying to increase insight into the impact of their programs. The biggest challenge faced is one shared with all L&D programs - how to measure the impact of content, instruction, and assessment on learner outcomes.

• Visualization and Reporting: Visualization of learner behaviors and experience is automated and is delivered in real-time; reports are exportable to BI and productivity platforms
