Adam Adair David Williams
Adam Adair David Williams For discussions around PM Leadership
Greg - this is an excellent video clearly defining fault, blame and responsibility. Sadly in the industry Project Leaders are blamed for fault caused by designers. Our industry leaders in the Consulting space do not understand the role of a PL and are held accountability for the fault. This video is a must for all Industry Leaders to clearly apportion role responsibility. Thanks Greg and keep up the great work to date.
It is very true that despite all the best planning, a project will incur a major issue or two that impede its desired deliverables. Dwelling on the past doesn't help getting the project back on track. It is imperative to look forward and chart a new path and lead the team to the finish line. You only look back to shape how you look forward, and to expedite the forward journey. Another beneficial video Greg.
