HR in the Cloud

The two articles below demonstrate why so many companies are moving their HR to the cloud. The reasons are many, with time savings and accuracy being chief among them. To automate the process, assure all forms are completed, all steps included are of critical importance to your HR department. In a world where all the i's need to be dotted and t's crossed, automated, secure cloud based systems are invaluable. Security is, of course, of paramount importance as users' private information needs to be protected and yet available to the user, HR staff and his\her supervisor.

There are many good systems out there form pricey ones like Oracle's excellent system to Sharegate's equally good system. You can also have your IT professionals build one in Office 365 or in Google. My team can build HR systems to meet your needs, from simple to complex, from a small office to global, from spread-out remote teleworking firms, to large campus Headquarters.

From completing forms to posting an announcement to the company, the entire process can be automated, documented, archived and everyone informed (even logging the action into their files without bothering them). All with greatly reduced time and effort. The new employee can even be led on an on-boarding process where each step get's checked off, training scores recorded, people notified, and more. off-boarding is the same. The necessary forms for taxes and government regulations can also be automated to a large degree.

Take a look at these articles and let me know if you would like more information. Automated HR systems is a specialty of mine!

Give me a shout and let's discuss your HR system. We also provide administration and help desk services with quick response time!
