Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Experience Designers, and Backend Engineers to design and deliver high-quality features.
  • Must have experience in developing at least two high-quality mobile apps using React Native for Android/iOS apps. Knowledge in Native Mobile development on Android/iOS is a huge plus.
  • Ability to consume REST and Third-party APIs
  • Ability to develop POCs on upcoming technologies

Key Personality traits that we love:

  • Should be proven hard-worker over a continuous period of time (Example 1: Topped the Engineering batch for 2 consecutive years. Example 2: Turned around a project by working 15 hours a day for 3 consecutive months)
  • Highly passionate about programming and have built several hobby software projects over the period of time (Example 1: Built the college mobile app. Example 2: Built an app for tracking cricket scores among the local teams)
  • Should be highly ambitious with lots of dreams and should be willing to go the extra mile to achieve success. The world can’t be changed by people who are looking for a 9 to 6 job.
  • Push the envelope with every new product/app. Participate in brainstorming sessions, put forward ideas, debate the pros/cons, be not afraid to question the authority, and constantly seek challenges in the work.
  • Should have an absolute focus on the User Experience and pay significant attention to perfecting the User Experience. (If there is a shit on the seat of a Rolls Royce, you won’t sit on that seat, despite everything else in the Rolls Royce being world-class. That’s User Experience for you. A small shit can make users turn down a million-dollar car)
