Over the past 18 months, we have been developing a way of measuring the reality for customers and employees versus the organisations beliefs ….. The Reality Index®.
Prior to going live we would really appreciate some final input from you, either as a comment or a direct message.

Ian - to get the ball rolling a few frustrations where reality didn't match belief: 1. Promoting Accountability however, not holding people to account when they didn't deliver 2. Promoting being people orientated but not providing any support To new joiners 3. Promoting honesty and integrity then not trusting employees to be grown up enough to be given the facts ....
