Hack week!

This week I'm camped out with the incredibly talented TestLabs team at WeWork in Spitalfields hacking some ideas together to try and make UI automated checking significantly easy.

TestLabs is something I've worked on sporadically since I took my second job as a Tester back at Estee Lauder.  We took a break about a year and half ago to focus on other projects after making our first public release.

We were never satisfied really with how TestLabs worked, and we've kicked some ideas around over the last month or so and decided to take a little time off to see what we could do.

We're on day three, and I just realised that all we've been doing is tweeting, and theres absolutely nothing on LinkedIn.

We're tweeting our progress mainly from @testlabsio but also from @stphn28 and @superafroman.  We've thrown up a blog and pretty simple new site at https://testlabs.io and we'll be (hopefully) releasing some more details about what we're trying to do later today...stay tuned!

Highlights so far; main idea being discounted before we even started, new idea probably ridiculously ambitious for a weeks hack, Continuous Delivery pipeline already setup and working, a beer tap in the office and Spitalfields market is likely to contribute to considerable weight gain.

If you're in London and keen to come chat to us about what we're doing, give me a shout and we can see if there's a little time for a visit to the office and maybe a beer (we are on holiday after-all).
