Getting through a transition sucessfully

Once all the preparations for a change are in place, and you are ready to begin workshops, training, soap-box sessions, virtual meetings and all that good stuff we come up with to mobilize people, the phase called transition begins. It is a no-man's land between the as-is situation and the to-be situation, where everyone is learning their way into the change, and to a certain extent chaos reigns.
