Get things Done, Simplify, Multiply.

What's common among great leaders? Top 3 qualities I have observed - Here we go -

1. Get things Done

Yes, it's as simple as that. At the end of the day, you need to get stuff done.

You do the job before you get the job. You don't come back with reasons, you come back with war stories. Life's too short, Get things Done, simplify..

2. Simplify - Remove Complexity

Clear the path. Remove complexity, simplify, simplify, simplify. Narrow it down. Make it easy, multiply..

3. Multiply - Be a multiplier

There are no brownie points for doing it all and taking it all. Be a multiplier, create Leaders. It's not about you, it's about them.

Quality 2 seems harder for me to get but I'll keep trying!
