Wouldn’t it be useful if we could predict the future? On the other hand, it's hard to predict what would happen if we could.
In The Minority Report with Tom 'Foreveryoung' Cruise, playing the main character, Steven Spielberg presented the suggestive vision of the future world, where authorities had the possibilities to predict crimes and prevent them, before they were committed.
What if we had the possibility to predict some vital behavior of our company's employees? What if we had highly advanced tools, analyzing our employees and company data, showing who and when is going to seek a new job?
