Wouldn’t it be useful if we could predict the future? On the other hand, it's hard to predict what would happen if we could.

In The Minority Report with Tom 'Foreveryoung' Cruise, playing the main character, Steven Spielberg presented the suggestive vision of the future world, where authorities had the possibilities to predict crimes and prevent them, before they were committed.

What if we had the possibility to predict some vital behavior of our company's employees? What if we had highly advanced tools, analyzing our employees and company data, showing who and when is going to seek a new job?

Predictive Analytics is nothing new or neither revolutionary. However, bringing it into HR, by just clicking the icon on our system's dashboard may be revolutionary for Performance Management and Employee Engagement in the company.

HR becomes the part of the business - useful, business data integrated Predictive Analytics tool helps predicting upcoming events like in the ancient times, an Oracle used to predict it for the people or for the Kings .Who should we focus our efforts on? Who needs more motivation? For who should we train a new successor? Yes, modern HR tools provide us with the Succession Planning usability too!

Modern solutions influence our lives boldly, effecting our private space even more and more. Every time I arrive in a new city, my 'Google Now' stresses me out a bit, suggesting 'it's late, it was a long journey and the Italian restaurant is just 300 meters on the right...'
