FORCE

FORCE

The FORCE that is most important for the work of the JEDI (Just-in-Time Evidence Dissemination and Integration) is the Foundation Of Relevant Clinical Evidence.

I wrote a lot on this a year ago at FORCE. Here are some of the related subsequent developments seeking to embrace the FORCE more deeply.

We never stop learning the ways of the FORCE.  JEDI a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away would seek deeper knowledge and insight in pyramids (or Jedi temples). In a closer galaxy those seeking to find relevant clinical evidence have considered pyramids as far back as 2001.  Since last year we have a New FRAMEWORK for EBM: EBHC Pyramid 5.0

Advanced study of the FORCE brings us to question the nature of KNOWLEDGE to better understand this “elusive concept which is difficult to define”.  But when we CONJOIN the quest for KNOWLEDGE with a focus on WHAT MATTERS (making a positive difference in the lives of others) we discover the greatest value of the FORCE (Foundation Of Relevant Clinical Evidence) is reaching Well-Informed Shared Decision-Making (WISDM).
