User Research & Field Study on E-Commerce BS

E-Commerce Introduction:

Ecommerce, also known as Electronic Commerce or Internet Commerce, refers to the buying and selling of goods or services using the internet, and the transfer of money and data to execute these transactions. Ecommerce is often used to refer to the sale of physical products online, but it can also describe any kind of commercial transaction that is facilitated through the internet.

Research Subnets:

We usually follow two different types of research forms, they are, Qualitative and Quantitative. Qualitative Research involves the Why of the project and Quantitative Research involves the What for the project which includes certain Data Analysis.

Approaches towards User Research:

For any kind of User Research we usually have two different types of approaches, they are Attitudinal and Behavioral , the observational study to know what users do comes under the attitudinal behavior whereas the list of data that the user say goes into he Behavioral Approach.

We hereby followed all the 5 steps of Design Thinking Innovation to make our project more user friendly and effective.

In this Article, We are going to flow through the major steps of Design thinking Innovation As the first step of DTI, we conducted the Empathetic Research, we have conducted some Interviews and surveys about our Business system and got an idea to proceed further.

Our Empathy research includes Interviews and surveys. With that being said we have attached some Data related to the E-Commerce business system.

we hereby used the concepts of Data Visualization. Data visualization is the graphical representation of information and data. By using visual elements like charts, graphs, and maps, data visualization tools provide an accessible way to see and understand trends, outliers, and patterns in data.
