Evolving with the new world and how hiring a Virtual Assistants can enable change and support business growth.

As a result of the pandemic almost every business has either made changes already, are in the process of implementing changes or are in the planning stages of change. And as a direct result of these changes your business support requirements will almost certainly change too.

  • Perhaps you are giving up your office space and going completely remote
  • Maybe you need to bring your products and or services online
  • Do you run regular courses, workshops etc that need to go virtual
  • Some have experienced higher demand and have exciting growth plans ahead

When we make critical changes such as these more often than not this impacts on the staff resources required within the business too. Staff are an integral part of any business so it is vital you have the right people in place to progress and succeed.

Employing a virtual assistant means you get the benefit of a diverse range of transferable skills that can be deployed across many areas of your business such as social media, accounts, marketing, human resources, sales, operations plus many more.

Now more than ever business owners need to be mindful of business costs. A Virtual Assistant will work remotely meaning you do not need to consider, available desk space, office equipment, pensions, holiday, sick pay etc. helping you to make considerable cost saving every month. You will receive a flexible service with a fixed monthly fee to assist with cash-flow.

Whatever stage you’re at in your business journey a professional, flexible and remote service could be just what you need to support your change and enable business growth.

VA's are such a good way for businesses get in some specialist help and grow without committing to a permanent member of staff.

This is a great post Jo. I know some people who have given up office space because they realise that they can work from home and save money. My advice would be to invest some of that money by using a virtual assistance. They are so worth it.

As we grow our businesses we are not sure what level of full time help we need to it’s very helpful to be use these services when we need to

I am so thankful for having a VA and would be lost without her. I know you’re fabulous too Jo!
