Dynamic sorting using Tableau Set Actions

With the release of Tableau 2018.3 we have gotten a lot of great new features.

I have just begun scratching the surface of the capabilities this brings, one of the community's favorite features is set actions - so let's look at how we can utilize this for bringing relevant data to the top of our lists while maintaining an understanding of the customer's placement/rank.
