DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT FROM ADOBE SHAREPOINT INTEGRATION

This article is mainly for those End Users who are daily getting involved with PDF documents creation and looking more on to the Adobe Tool for Editing their PDF files etc. They mainly deal with conversion of Word or Excel or PowerPoint File to PDF or editing the PDF whether to submit the proposal or to share the files in PDF format within their organisation such as like Comparison Sheets, BattleCards of various products with different customers all these usually end users share in PDF format. For those users Microsoft and Adobe brought a tighter integration with O365 Services where you get the Sharepoint, Teams, OneDrive for Sharing, Communication and Collaboration respectively.

Adobe has built up their own tool named as "Adobe Document Cloud For O365" which will help in integrating this tool with O365 Services mainly to SharePoint and OneDrive.

SHAREPOINT WITH MICROSOFT FLOW FOR PDF FILES:

I might recall on to one of my article for Word to PDF conversion which I created via Microsoft Flow and it reflected to SharePoint Homepage!! But this one we did only for conversion of Word or Excel or PowerPoint to PDF. Note that we are not doing any editable thing with PDF in SharePoint using Microsoft Flow and that's where we lack as this is a traditional method to first modify the PDF document locally by taking out from SharePoint and then upload the modified one back again!

If you would like to understand on Microsoft Flow for Conversion please check it out with this article on How to Convert Word To PDF using Microsoft Flow in SharePoint
