36% of you feel that around 0-10%, 21% believe it's between 10-20%, while the other 21% think it's between 20-30%, and the remaining 22% believe 30% or more jobs mention the need for a certification.
And here is what our jobs data suggests:
For 2024, we published 4850 jobs, of which, only 529 jobs explicitly mentioined a need for a certication.
Of all the job descriptions that mentioned specific certifications in 2024, 37% of these mentioned the AWS certifications. These were followed by Azure and GCP certifications with 19% and 13% representation. Next in line are CKA, CKAD, and CKS with 12%, 7%, and 6% representation.
