Develop your Cloud Management Capabilities

Develop your Cloud Management Capabilities

At Content and Code (an IT Lab Group Company), we are passionate about delivering success to our clients. We recognise the need to focus our activities not only on ensuring the consumption of Microsoft cloud services and engagement of end-users but also on the continual delivery of new and changed services by the clients' IT Organisation.

Cloud computing creates an architectural shift for IT introducing both opportunities and risks requiring a well-implemented cloud management strategy to maintain control over this dynamic and scalable environment.

Over the years we have developed and evolved our Cloud Service Design offering to assist IT Organisations to move from being reactive and inflexible to being a proactive, flexible part of the business that can respond quickly to changing digital requirements and make more informed decisions.

An IT organisation that is keen to help drive business growth and innovation must develop a new mind-set alongside the new capabilities provided by cloud services. The pace of change in digital transformation presents an increasing reliance on IT delivering new and changed cloud services.

Enterprise IT needs to be as elastic, responsive and on-demand as the Microsoft cloud. IT needs to be able to respond to the volume and velocity of new or changed services that are delivered by Microsoft.

A well-defined and articulated operating model provides the bridge between strategy and day-to-day operations that guides the IT teams, provides the context, and enables practices that will support the business strategy and vision.

Operating Model Blueprint

The Blueprint Illustration Visual Target Operating Model (TOM) helps teams model the current state and the future state as well as establish a powerful shared vision for the transformation journey.

The Blueprint TOM is designed to support and enable strategic delivery planning – explicitly connecting strategic intent to project delivery.

Similar to an engineering blueprint, the Blueprint TOM provides meaningful terms of reference with a blend of big-picture and deep-dive information – all designed to guide and inform follow-on project design, planning and deployment.

Support Framework Document

This product is designed to meaningfully bring strategy to life in a way that everyone will clearly understand, identify with and believe in. It is capable of defining and aligning core organisational purpose, organisational intent (policy), vision and strategic objectives, all of which will be explicitly connected to the clients stakeholder landscape and project delivery portfolio.

The Support Framework process generates a user-friendly, plain language operational format that enables the alignment of objectives to actions with clear and meaningful direction – ensuring everyone is working on the same page with a single clear consensus view on the way forward agreed.
