If you are like us, you covet feedback from your clients. There is no advice you can get from a consultant that is as valuable as honest feedback from a client, and we have been excited to see our customer satisfaction numbers improve over the last few months. The above note from one of our customers perfectly captures both the frustration they were feeling at a tool malfunctioning, and the relief that they felt when the problem was solved.
