Creative Learning
As a trainer I’m passionate about making a difference and creating an environment for my delegates to develop and grow as individuals. To do this, I have a simple rule throughout my training sessions to focus on 3 key things to make my training:
Engaging, Creative & Fun
People learn best when they are taken out of their comfort zone, so it’s my job to make the session comfortable, relaxed and for them to enjoy the session!
This photo was taken from my training session in Singapore called ‘Difficult Conversations’.
Instead of asking delegates to write down the mistakes normally made in difficult conversations, I simply asked them to draw a difficult conversation going wrong! A subtle change in approach with such a significant impact – if we can ensure we keep the training memorable we have a stronger chance of making a difference with the training we deliver. As a trainer it’s my role to consider different approaches to learning – everyone is different and learn in a different way!
I’m interested to know your thoughts on this approach and would you benefit from The Sales Coach approach in your organisation.
