My Hackathon Experience with EldoHub: API Security, Teamwork & the Power of AI
This past Saturday, I had the incredible opportunity to participate in a hackathon organized by EldoHub , focused on API Security and I’m still buzzing from the energy, ideas, and lessons learned.
We dove deep into real-world API testing scenarios using tools like Postman and integrated the Geoapify API into our solution. It wasn’t just about coding; it was about securing digital systems, collaborating effectively, and solving meaningful problems under time pressure.
A Team to Remember
One of the highlights was working alongside talented individuals from diverse fields such as data science, full-stack development, and beyond. It was inspiring to exchange ideas with people who brought unique perspectives to the table. Together, we brainstormed, built, tested, and demoed all in a matter of hours. My team was of cybersecurity enthusiasts such as Alex K. and Samuel Obukosia , we really had fun testing this public APIs for vulnerabilities
