Conversion of a gear into a gerotor

A recent series of articles covered the use of the "Three Point Method" to construct the working faces of a gear. The same method can be used to define the tip to tip sealing interface of a gerotor. The first picture shows the gear with the rounds needed to create the tip to tip seals. The other pictures show the base design and converted design.
