A workflow can be initiated from any document in Content Server. Initiating a workflow from a document (and other objects) is configured from the workflow Properties, under the Initiation tab.

Navigate to a document that requires a review and click its Functions menu.

Users may start a workflow for a business workspace and items inside a business workspace with the function menu action Initiate Business Workflow.

Navigate to a document or a folder etc that requires a review and click its Functions menu.
