Congratulating Coombe

Congratulating Coombe

Many in my network know @John Coombe, a valued, 40+ year Hanson employee and leader, and one of my mentors. I was fortunate to begin working directly with John in 2018 when he established Hanson's Project Management Office. Whether he was interviewing a potential hire, discussing an issue with another corporate service unit, or introducing me to one of his long-time contacts, I was always paying attention and learning from John. In addition to being a great mentor, he also became a friend and trusted advisor to me. Even when we were not working, I simply enjoyed hanging out during lunch or a holiday party with him and his wonderful wife Ann. Congratulations on your retirement John! Enjoy, and thanks for being my mentor and friend.

Congratulations John!

Good morning Mr. Flatt in my early experiences with you I found you to be a very bright star before your mentoring time with John, I am confident you are even a brighter star now. Hanson is a powerhouse of very energized and knowledgeable individual of many construction disciplines of which you are one. John is an amazing and knowledgable person and I always enjoyed working with him on our projects. Like you we wish him a very fun filled and relaxing retirement after many years of hard work. Mr. Flatt, Please make sure you carry forward in your career the sharing of knowledge and mentoring others like John did for you. Best regard, Rick
