As businesses continue to make use of public cloud services, they need to develop a model for how the cloud fits into their processes and workflows. I am fortunate to lead a technology division for an IT consulting company that has a global presence helping many enterprises change the status quo of IT infrastructure and defining cloud operating models by leveraging DevOps, SRE and cloud automation practices. I've seen many businesses struggle to find their way with the various forms of cloud computing, including multicloud and hybrid cloud environments.
