I head up the development team at Kagool.

Our team’s been growing and with more new projects coming in, we’re looking for 2 .NET Devs to join the Cardiff team

We’re a specialist Sitecore digital agency. So any experience with Sitecore or a similar CMS like Umbraco, EpiServer or SDL Tridion would be handy. But if not, don’t worry. We’ll give you the support, training and certificates you need to fill any gaps.

I’m looking for experienced .NET Developers familiar with Webforms and MVC.

Sitecore uses SQL and MongoDB. So, it’d be great if you’ve got experience with a big database like this. Again it’s not a must have.

In order to build essential tools for marketers, we often integrate with ecommerce and CRM platforms like uCommerce, MS Dynamics, Sharepoint and Salesforce. Any experience of integration would help you to hit the ground running.

We’re an agile house so we’ll kick off the day with a Daily Scrum and work in two week sprints. It’s not all dev in my team, you’ll get to join our Hackathon and be part of our evolving Road Map. We’re always growing our tech stack and looking at new processes.

All my team at Kagool are client facing so you’ll get the chance to travel to Brussels, Sydney, the USA and….Blackburn meeting clients. Our customers will look to you to estimate projects and enhancements using Planning Poker and User Stories. With a bit of experience under your belt we’ll send you to represent Kagool like Ian did in Eindhoven.

In the last year we’ve done a fair amount of social stuff and things. Go karting, crazy golf, white water rafting and paintballing. We also play footie on Wednesday (we’re not great at the mo) and recently we had a party for all the staff and families.

We’re anything but plain.
