Charitable Giving – Powered by Oomf

I'm excited to announce that Oomf, Inc. welcomes Best Buddies of Massachusetts as its first 'Charge for Charity' program partner.  Additionally, Oomf, Inc. is proud to be the official sponsor of the 2016 Best Buddies Boston Marathon charity team.

In case you missed it, Oomf is a service that allows you to rent and return a portable mobile device charger while you're on the go.  The process is simple.  Ask your bartender or server for an Oomf, visit oomf.it on your smart device, enter the code on the back of the charger, and voilà, you're charging.  If you're lucky, you might even receive your charge for free from one of our advertiser partners.

Best Buddies is an amazing organization dedicated to establishing a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The 'Charge for Charity' program allows you to either rent a charge directly from Oomf or to donate your payment to one of our non-profit program participants, like Best Buddies.  Oomf gives you the power you need, when you need it, and empowers you to give back to the charitable organizations that make this world a better place.  That's what we call a "win win" where I'm from.
