Catalog of Current AI Tools

Catalog of Current AI Tools

No alt text provided for this image

I have found the myriad of new AI tools and technologies difficult to keep up with. There are so many and they do so many different things that I have decided to collect them and catalog them based on what they do. The AI tools are catalogued in accordance with the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework, which I chose because it had a better hierarchy than the other taxonomies I found. Admittedly, the FEAF is getting a little long in the tooth, not having been updated officially in a dozen years, but it still serves as a good basis for this catalog. In the future, some further enhancements will need to be made, such as further differentiating the Word Processing category to indicate that the AI tool actually composes the text, but for now tools that process text are still inside this category.

I have found a dozen new tools since I posted this yesterday, and I have moved it to Google sheets at the following URL for people to more easily see, use and hopefully add to.
