Bootstrap 4 finally released!

Bootstrap 4 finally released!

I've been using Bootstrap since version 2 and am supremely happy (and happy for the team) that version 4 is finally seeing the light of day.

It’s literally taken us years to do it, but Bootstrap 4 has finally arrived! Words cannot begin to describe the elation the entire team and I have for this release - @mdo

I'm looking forward to using this for all future projects, as well as upgrading projects from version 3 as time allows.

Although Bootstrap is considered by some as "too heavy", I don't agree. What I love about it, is that it's easy to customize the build, the documentation is incredible, and because Bootstrap is used by so many sites, I consider it to be on the of the most battle tested CSS/JS frameworks out there.

I also appreciate that Bootstrap tries to provide as much utility as possible, while keeping things relatively simple. For my use-cases this is perfect. As always, your mileage may vary.

Huge congrats to the team, source contributors and everyone who reported issues and helped triage bugs in order to make Bootstrap 4 the release it is.
